Indonesia to increase import volume shortly: envoy

Indonesian ambassador Heru Hartanto Subolo ensures Bangladeshi business communities to increase the Bangladeshi product import volume in Indonesia shortly.
He made this remark in a discussion meeting with the Board of Directors and the Key Officers of International Business Forum of Bangladesh (IBFB) about exploring bilateral business relationship with Bangladesh and Indonesia. The meeting was held at IBFB Conference Hall recently.
Ambassador Heru Hartanto Subolo told in his speech that he is here in Bangladesh for almost two years and he found many similarities between two countries i.e. both are Muslim countries, food and cultural similarities are also there. But there is also challenges, not many Indonesians know about Bangladesh and not many Bangladeshis know about Indonesia. He is trying to promote Bangladesh in Indonesia, a press release said on Thursday.
