Modernized courtroom inaugurated

Chief Justice Obaidul Hassan inaugurated his newly renovated and modernized ejlash (courtroom) at the Supreme Court this afternoon.
Flanked by his colleague judges from both divisions of the Supreme Court, the chief justice raised the curtain from the nameplate. Justice M Enayetur Rahim at the time conducted a munajat.
A special session of a ceremonial bench consisting of judges from both divisions of the Supreme Court was held later at the chief justices ejlash marking the resumption of the trial process at the courtroom.
