PriyoShop retailers to get easy loans from Lankabangla
The retailers of domestic renowned B2B marketplace PriyoShop.com, will get the micro credit facilities from Lankabangla Finance company across the country.
An agreement was recently signed between PriyoShop.com and LankaBangla to collaborate with retailers.
PriyoShop Founder and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Asikul Alam Khan and Head of Retail Business of Lankabangla Finance Khorshed Alam signed in the agreement on behalf of companies in the signing ceremony held at Lankabangla Finance corporate office in the city recently.
Asikul Alam Khan said, there are more than 5 million retailers in Bangladesh who contribute more than 30% of Bangladesh GDP. To empower the MSMEs and digitalize them PriyoShop started their business. But to work with them, it is observed and discovered by PriyoShop that the biggest pain point of these MSMEs is the finance problem. They do not have enough capital to buy their goods. So they lose their customers and time even if they have the opportunities.
To solve their buying capability problem PriyoShop and LankaBangla PLC have signed an agreement to solve this problem, he added.
The CEO Ashik said, this collaboration aligns seamlessly with PriyoShop vision of fostering fintech inclusivity for MSMEs in Bangladesh. We are poised to redefine the dynamics of the retail landscape. The shared commitment to empowering businesses is a testament to our dedication to facilitating growth and providing valuable support to the vibrant MSME community. We are excited about the possibilities this partnership holds, and are eager to embark on this journey of positive transformation alongside LankaBangla Finance PLC.
Head of Retail Business at LankaBangla Finance Khurshed Alam said that we are opening a new opportunity for enlisted retailers of PriyoShop to enhance their purchasing capabilities.
LankaBangla Finance PLC and PriyoShop are committed to undertaking further initiatives soon to empower more effectively.
