Construction of a foot-over bridge progressing first, another will begin soon in Khulna

KHULNA: Construction of a foot-over bridge in front of Khulna University (KU) is progressing fast and another will begin soon in front of Govt Brozo Lal College to reduce traffic congestion and smooth movement of the students of these two higher educational institutions of Khulna.
The construction work of the bridge in front of the main gate of Khulna University (KU) has already been started at a cost of Taka 3.93 crore on Khulna-Satkhira highway.
Besides, the construction work of the other foot-over bridge in front of Govt Brozolal College on Khulna-Jashore highway will be started very soon at a cost of around Taka 3.55 crore, Officials of the Road and Highways Department Khulna told BSS today.
