Man to die for killing a woman in Joypurhat

JOYPURHAT: A court here today awarded death penalty to a man for burning a woman to death in Awalgari village under Akkelpur upazila of the district in 2009.
Judge of the Additional District and Sessions Judge Court-2, Md. Abbas Uddin pronounced the verdict this afternoon.
The court also fined him Taka 50,000.
