Cultural Fest returns
For the second year, Event Box is set to present "Cultural Fest 2.0," a dynamic competition celebrating the talents of youths from universities across the country. Dedicated to promoting creativity, Event Box will host this year event on Friday, November 15, at the Aloki Convention Center in Gulshan, Dhaka.
Participants from both public and private universities will compete in four categories: dance, music, theater, and painting. Following the competitions, the audience will be entertained by live performances from five popular bands: Callypso, Tarun Band, Kaaktal, Avoid Rafa, and Shironamhin.
Sabrina Rahman, CEO of Event Box and the organizer of Cultural Fest shared her excitement, stating, "Cultural Fest has gained immense popularity as a platform for young talents to express their creativity. The event promises to be even bigger and more inclusive this year."
Representatives from 15 renowned universities will participate in this event, including the University of Dhaka, Jahangirnagar University, North South University, and Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Esteemed judges – a dancer, a singer, a director, and a painter – will evaluate the participants across all categories. The day-long fest will also include an art exhibition featuring works by the competitors and exceptional pieces by other artists.
