Let cooking Eid meet convenience!

Eid-ul-Azha is about the spirit of sacrifice – where Muslims around the globe performed Qurbani (sacrifice) of animals, following which the meat gets shared among friends, relatives, and the underprivileged. Once done, the rest of the meat remains for us to try out different variations of scrumptious, meaty delicacies.
As morning turns to noon, the ever-so-familiar aroma of traditional beef or mutton curries takes over the house. However, the Eid feast does not only stay limited to that – starting from sumptuous steaks to an array of culinary delights from across the globe, but experiments also keep prevailing. Although such palatable trials may be quite a task, there is one appliance that can make it all much simpler – a microwave oven.
No Eid is complete without good food – be it a small meal for yourself or your spouse or a big meal for your family and friends. However, the long hours of prepping and cooking can become tedious, acting as a demotivation; and that is where the microwave oven comes in with a myriad of conveniences. There was a time when these appliances were only used to heat up food, but now, consumer electronic brands like Samsung have offered us a huge range of features that make cooking conveniences higher by many levels.
Take the much-loved Seekh Kabab, for example. Save up some meat and mince them. Throw in a dash of salt, some green chili paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, dhaniya (coriander) powder, jeera (cumin) powder, and garam masala into the minced meat. For extra flavor, you can also add in some lemon. With wet hands (to avoid the meat mixture sticking in your palms), place the meat mixture on skewers (ideally the ones that come with the microwaves), and pop them into the microwave. Turn the grill feature on accordingly, and voila - A restaurant-style kabab is ready!
Thanks to all the new innovations, baking a batch of gooey fudgy brownies no more requires a full-fledged oven. Whip in some flour, melted butter, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, a hint of vanilla, a dash of instant coffee, cocoa powder, chocolate chunks, and a pinch of salt to make a beautiful, creamy batter. Preheat your oven on convection mode, and bake the brownies to perfection!
Hence, beginning from naan, roasted chicken, mutton kebabs, and beef steaks to cakes, Knafeh (popularly known as Kunafa), or crème brûlée, there comes a huge range of dishes that can be made in a microwave. For more accuracy, make sure to consult the manual that comes with the appliance, as features differ from brand to brand.
Hence, from delectable savory items to mouth-watering desserts for sweet tooths, you can make or bake anything with just a microwave. Traditional or international, a quick run-through, along with the incredible features of the recent microwave ovens, can open up an avenue of cooking opportunities for you and your loved ones.
Eid-ul-Azha is not all about comfort – from sorting raw meat to distributing it among everyone, this occasion can become hectic. At such a time, convenience in cooking becomes more of a necessity than luxury. Hence, through innovative cooking features, manufacturers of microwave ovens are now enabling the ones celebrating to have some more time for rest and fun by making cooking and meal prepping much simpler and time-saving.
