EC to ensure level playing field to hold fair polls: secretary

Election Commission (EC) Secretary Md Jahangir Alam today said a level playing field will be ensured for all the participating political parties in the upcoming 12th Jatiya Sangsad (JS) elections as the EC is determined to hold free, fair and peaceful polls.
He said this after a meeting between the Election Commission and Trinamool BNP at the Nirbachan Bhaban in the city Agargaon area.
