Workshop on ‘Readiness for Access to Finance’ held
Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) standing committee Access to Finance and New Investment organized a day-long workshop titled ‘Readiness for Access to Finance’ at their auditorium on Tuesday.
Access to Finance and New Investment Committee Chairman Md. Ishtiakh Motin presided over the function.
Committee Co-Chairman Shafiqul Alam delivered the main speech.
Among others, advisor standing committee Co-Chairman Shah Imrul Kaiyes, Co-chair Mohammad Samiul Islam also spoke in the workshop.
Committee Co-Chairman Shafiqul Alam described the various issues including RJSC and BSEC Secretarial Compliances for IT companies, fair presentation of financial statements with the application of IAS and IFRS for getting good Credit Rating and better Statutory Audit report, recognition and valuation process criteria of Software/ IT Projects.
He also give the guidelines on preparation of project profile, company profile for bank and NBFI loan, SME- IPO listing with Stock Exchanges.
Lastly he described about ratio, Z score and Du Point analysis for IT companies.
