Cyclonic storm Fengal moves west-northwestwards over Bay
Cyclonic storm "Fengal" over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining area moved west-northwestwards and now lies over the same area.
As of 3:00 pm on Saturday, “Fengal” was centered positioned approximately about 1,685 km southwest of Chattogram port, 1,645 km southwest of Coxs Bazar port, 1,530 km southwest of Mongla port and 1,545 km southwest of Payra port, according to a special bulletin from the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
“It is likely to move westerly direction further and cross North Tamil Nadu Coast around evening/night of Saturday (30 November, 2024),” it said.
