People will vote for their chosen candidates freely: EC Sanaullah

Election Commissioner Brigadier General (Retd) Abul Fazal Md Sanaullah said the people will get an opportunity in the next election to cast votes for their chosen candidates as the commission is determined to restore its image.
“The previous flawed elections had tarnished the country image, but a golden opportunity has now arisen to restore public trust. Citizens would be able to cast their votes freely for candidates of their choice,” he said.
He was addressing a view exchange meeting on the occasion of updating the voter lists at the Shilpakala Academy auditorium at Dinajpur town.
