Inquiry committee formed
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division has issued orders to 14 officers/consultants of Aspire to Innovate (A2I) program to refrain from official duties as investigation is underway against them over different allegations.
A press release issued on Tuesday said that “14 officers/consultants working at A2I program under implementation by ICT Division have been directed to refrain them from their duties as investigation/further proceeding is ongoing for various allegations against them.”
A three-member committee was constituted to investigate the complaints against five officials of Aspire to Innovate (A2I) programme.
An office order, signed by Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division Deputy Secretary M Zillur Rahman, on Tuesday said that the committee was assigned to investigate the complaints brought against the officials by various names and anonymously including on social media recently.
Headed by ICT Division Additional Secretary Dr Muhammad Mehedi Hasan, other members of the committee were A2I Programme Joint Project Director Molla Mizanur Rahman and ICT Division Deputy Secretary Md Shahinur Alam, a press release said.
The committee has been asked to submit its inquiry report within five-working day.
The officers/consultants are: Policy Advisor Anir Chowdhury, e-Government Analyst Md Farhad Zahid Sheikh, Project Management Specialist Md Majedul Islam, HD Media Project Analyst Purbi Matin, Technology Analyst Md Hafizur Rahman, Capacity Development Specialist Manik Mahmood, Resource Mobilization Specialist Md Nasser Mia, DFS Specialist Md Tahurul Hasan, Solution Architecture Specialist Rezwanul Haque Jami, SPS Senior Consultant HM Asad-Uzzaman, e-Document Implementation Expert ATM Al Fattah, Senior Software Engineer Tanveer Quader Iman, Admin Consultant Md Omar Farooq and Procurement Senior Consultant Md Salahuddin.
