MyBL Super App wins “Digital Nations” Awards

Innovative digital operator Banglalink has brought home another laurel from an international platform. Banglalink has earned the “Excellence in Digital Inclusion Award” for the “MyBL Super App: Revolutionizing Healthcare in Rural Bangladesh” campaign at the GSMA M360 Asia-Pacific event.
The announcement was made at the M360 APAC Digital Nations Award in Seoul, South Korea—GSMA annual flagship event for the Asia Pacific region. Hande Asik, Group Director of Strategy and Communications at VEON, Banglalink parent company, received the award on behalf of the company on 1 October 2024.
It is mentionable that the “Digital Nations Award” recognizes the contributions of mobile technology in expediting digital transformation across nations. Numayer Alam joins BAT Bangladesh Board of Directors

BAT Bangladesh has appointed its Commercial Director Numayer Alam to the Board of Directors, with effect from October 1, 2024.
The appointment was confirmed at a Board meeting on September 25 (Wednesday).
Numayer Alam brings two decades of experience to the BAT Bangladesh Board, including six years in leadership roles across marketing and sales in Bangladesh and the East Asia region (Vietnam and Cambodia).
Starting his career as a Territory Officer at BAT Bangladesh in 2004, Numayer steadily advanced through performing in various strategic roles, showcasing leadership, dedication and adaptability.
