With Bangladesh emerging as one of the fastest-growing economies in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, the gaming industry presents a unique opportunity to diversify the country digital economy and contribute significantly to its GDP.

The event featured insightful presentations and panel discussions on various aspects of the gaming and digital ecosystem, including the current state of the gaming industry in Bangladesh, the role of esports, the need for supportive policy frameworks, and the importance of investing in technical infrastructure and human resources. Panelists included representatives from the government, gaming startups, esports teams, academia, and the telecom industry, who collectively emphasized the need for a coordinated approach to harness the gaming industry full potential.

BYD, the leading electric vehicle manufacturer, has recently brought in a new vehicle from its SEALION lineup – called BYD SEALION 6 – in the Bangladesh market to step up luxury car experience.
