
Foreign Minister Dr Abdul Momen has said it is
time to boycott Israel and its products by all nations and faiths,
particularly Muslim Ummah and people of honor and human dignity.
"This butchery must stop and stop forever," he said while speaking at the 8th
Extraordinary Islamic Summit in Riyadh on Saturday, according to a message
received here today.
The Joint Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit was held to discuss the Israeli
aggression against the Palestinian people.

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Habibul Awal today said the introduction of online system will ensure electoral transparency and make the process easy and fair.
He said this while inaugurating the Online Nomination Submission System (ONSS) and Smart Election Management App at a function at the Nirbachan Bhaban in the city Agargaon area.
"The app which has been opened today will help much to ensure electoral transparency. So, we should learn how to use the system," the CEC said.

NEW DELHI: Indian Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra
said that as far as Bangladesh is concerned, India has shared its
"perspective very clearly" in the India-US 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue held here
today.
"We did discuss very extensively regional issues and so far Bangladesh is
concerned, we shared our perspective very clearly in the dialogue," he told a
post dialogue press briefing here this afternoon.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today said the common people are the victims of the arson violence that has started again in the name of movement.
"I do not know who gets how much benefit from it. But some people, particularly the common people, are being victims," she said while receiving donations from different financial institutes for her relief fund at her official Ganabhaban residence here.
The Prime Minister said buses are set on fire even keeping its sleeping staff inside the vehicle.
"I do not know why such incidents are being carried out," she added.
